October is ADHD Awareness Month!

I encourage you to take a little time throughout the month of October to learn something new about ADHD.

I’ll be sharing some of my personal experiences with ADHD through my Mental Wellness Challenges this month. My diagnosis of ADHD (Combined type) answered a whole lot of questions for me.

Here’s a little list of things that you might want to do a little research on “quick search” to help you to learn a little about the disorder.

ADHD is real. Its not a made up thing to justify bad behaviour or poor performance.

ADHD shows up in many different ways – or presents in many different ways.

ADHD is often misdiagnosed as an anxiety disorder, and if not caught early, can develop into an anxiety disorder.

ADHD is very often comorbid with depression.
